When you purchase your crib, the crib mattress is almost always sold seperately, so how do you know which is the best baby crib mattress to choose?

There are two basic types of crib mattresses available, foam and innerspring. Foam is usually lightweight making it easier to move when you change your baby's crib linens. The innerspring mattress is heavier, normally lasting longer than a foam mattress and usually the most popular.
