The Wizard includes an infinitely adjustable harness height. There is no more struggling to remove and disassemble the restraint to move the harness heights. The Wizard's convenient knobs on the sides allow instant and easy adjustment of the harness height to perfectly match your child's shoulders (very convenient when coats are used). With both child and restraint installed, simply loosen the harness, turn the knob, then snug the harness.

The Britax Wizard convertible car seat also features enhanced side impact protective design. The Wizard is the first convertible child restraint in the world designed and tested for enhanced side impact protection. The reinforced headrest is lined with EPS foam to absorb energy in side and rear impacts. Its design cradles the head to keep it away from intruding parts. The improved head support for sleeping features a large head pad that provides a greater surface for side support of the head when a child sleeps.

The five point polyester harness fits snugly over the shoulders, collarbone, and hips. Experts agree the five-point harness is a safer, more secure fit. The Versa-Tether™ provides the most security in both forward and rear facing installation. Built-in lock offs are designed for easy reach and operation when using traditional belt routing.
